Our safeguarding policy explains out the our service protects children and vulnerable people during family time. Our policy sets out our procedures for risk assessment, staff responsibilities, reporting concerns and responding to signs of harm or abuse

Our privacy policy explains how personal and sensitive information about children, families and staff is collected, used and sorted and shared safely and lawfully. It sets out how confidentialty is protected, who can access information and how we follow the data protection laws

Complaints Policy

Our Complaints Policy explains how concerns and dissatisifcation can be raised and how they will be handled fairly, respectfully and without negative consequences. It outlines the steps for making a complaint, how it will be investigated and how the service will respond and learn from feedback
